Rental requests. Personalized service.

All online rental requests are subject to confirmation by Arclight Rental. We personally review your project needs, equipment suitability, rental dates and availability, along with delivery, pickup and setup options. Submitting a request does not guarantee equipment or a delivery/setup slot.

1. Tell us about the job

Browse our equipment or contact us with the task, quantity, project location and access requirements. You do not need to know the product name to ask for help.

2. Submit your rental request

Select your preferred rental start and return dates, review the product details and add equipment to your cart. Complete checkout to send your request. No payment is taken at checkout.

3. We review the details with you

Our team validates the equipment against your needs and confirms availability. We discuss pickup or delivery, timing, site access, and any setup or dismantling requirements. Staircase and stairwell scaffold systems must be delivered and installed by our trained crews.

4. Confirm the arrangements

We confirm equipment, rental dates, collection or return arrangements, delivery and labour charges, any required engineering, deposits and payment terms. Your rental is confirmed only when Arclight Rental approves your request. Pickup is by appointment.

5. Coordinate the return

Follow the agreed return or collection arrangements. Contact us if your schedule changes or you need to extend the rental.
