All online rental requests are subject to confirmation by Arclight Rental. We personally review your project needs, equipment suitability, rental dates and availability, along with delivery, pickup and setup options. Submitting a request does not guarantee equipment or a delivery/setup slot.

Our service area

We serve the Greater Toronto and Hamilton region, extending east to Pickering, Whitby, and Oshawa, and west to London, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge.

Our focus is small tools and equipment rentals. Contact us with your location and rental dates to confirm delivery arrangements, timing, and charges.

Equipment delivery

Delivery is required for most items. Contact us with your equipment selection, rental dates, and job-site address or postal code so we can confirm arrangements for your location.

Please flag access restrictions, stairs, loading areas, site contact details, and any setup requirements when requesting a quote. Confirm delivery and collection timing and charges with our team.

Pickup by appointment

Pickup is arranged by appointment. Contact us first to confirm whether pickup is suitable for the equipment you need and to discuss transport and loading requirements.

Showroom visits and consultations

Visits and consultations are by appointment only. Phone availability is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
