Scaffold Systems
Overview
This section contains all CUSTERS® scaffold manuals, Arclight inspection forms, and regulatory documents. Each file supports compliance with:
North American & European Certification Statement
All CUSTERS® scaffold systems distributed by Gate Street International Ltd. have been independently tested and verified to conform with the requirements of CSA S269.2-16, ANSI/SSFI SC100-5/05, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.451 and EN1004-1:2020 standards for supported scaffolds.
North American testing confirmed that all evaluated configurations meet or exceed applicable structural, stability, and safety criteria, including:
• Rated uniform distributed load (UDL) capacity of 1,500 lb (75 lb/ft²) per platform with a ≥ 4 : 1 safety factor
• When configured with two platforms side by side, the CUSTERS® Handy Wide Tower achieved a combined verified total distributed load of 3,000 lb (maintaining 75 lb/ft² UDL per platform) when tested at three frames (“sections”) high
• Guardrail, toe-board, and coupling systems surpassed required load thresholds
• Verified stability of freestanding towers within prescribed height-to-base ratios under simulated environmental loading conditions
These results confirm that the CUSTERS® Foldy, Handy Narrow, Handy Wide, and Stair Tower Systems supplied by Gate Street International Ltd. are approved for professional use in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Caribbean, provided they are assembled, inspected, and maintained in accordance with manufacturer instructions and all applicable occupational-safety regulations.
Independent test documentation and engineering certifications are maintained on file and are available to regulatory authorities or qualified clients upon request.
